Classroom Approach to the Course

This is an adult centered course for busy professionals.  The course is intended to provide review and discussion on the generally accepted Quality Auditing Practices for both internal and external quality auditing applications.

Class discussions include and in-depth overview of the exam process along with the rationales for correct answers.  Sample test questions and answers offer participants a better understanding of the basic principles and applications that will appear on the exam.  This is achieved through lecture, individual participation, group problem discussion, case studies, role playing, and quizzes to test understanding.

The CQA Primer from the Quality Council of Indiana will be given to each participant, as well as a course binder that will be used as the principle class guide.
